ROTA ZERO · PRIVACY

Rota Zero Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rota Zero handles information when you use the game.

1. The game and data handled by Google AdMob

Rota Zero has no registration, login, player account, own server, online ranking, in-app purchases, or own analytics. The game controller does not receive a copy of local progress or create a player profile.

The game uses Google AdMob, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, to show optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads between levels. According to the SDK documentation, Google may automatically collect and share IP address, user interactions with the product (such as opens, taps, and views), diagnostic information, and device/account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and app set ID. This data is used to show and measure advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit. See the Google Mobile Ads SDK Data safety disclosure.

Google's use of this data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner sites and apps. The game controller does not control Google's independent practices; read those documents to understand how Google handles and retains data under its responsibility.

2. Local progress and preferences

For the game to work, it may save only on the device game information such as level progress, daily-mode state, number of hints, and settings such as sound, vibration, and reduced motion. This information remains in the device's local storage and is not sent to the game controller.

Removing the app or clearing its data in the system settings may delete this progress and these preferences, depending on the operating system. Because the game controller does not receive a copy, it cannot recover deleted progress, synchronize it between devices, or provide it by email.

3. Ads, consent, and privacy choices

Ads are not required to complete a level. A rewarded ad is offered only when the player chooses to watch it to receive +3 hints; an interstitial appears only between levels, following the game's frequency limit. Without a connection or when no ad is available, the game continues normally.

Where required, the game uses Google's UMP consent form before requesting ads. If the region requires a privacy-choice exit point, Ad privacy appears in Options and reopens the form. The form's availability and content depend on the message published by the developer in AdMob and the player's region.

On Android, you can limit ad personalization in the system settings. Look for your device's advertising/privacy options, which may appear as “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of personalized ads”. Names and paths vary by Android version and manufacturer. Deleting or resetting the ID may limit its use for personalization; contextual ads, measurement, and fraud prevention may still occur under Google's settings and policies.

4. Device permissions

Rota Zero uses the Android technical permissions INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to check consent and request/show AdMob ads. The permission com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID may be present in the manifest because of the SDK and allows the advertising ID to be used according to system choices and applicable policy.

If optional vibration is enabled in the Android version, the app also uses VIBRATE to provide haptic feedback when the player chooses it. This permission does not provide access to personal data.

5. Children and teenagers

Rota Zero is intended for people aged 13 or older and is not directed to children. It does not create profiles, directly ask players for data, or allow communication between users. If the app's features, target audience, SDK, or applicable law changes, this policy and store disclosures will be updated before the changed version is published.

6. Your rights and contact

Brazil's General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) grants rights to data subjects regarding personal data processing.

For game data that remains local, the controller is Rodrigo Carneiro Martins de Lima (EONIXY). You can delete local progress and preferences in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Because this data does not leave the device, the controller does not keep a remote database to consult, correct, port, or delete it.

For data processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google is the controller responsible for that processing, according to its own policies and controls. To exercise rights or understand your options for that data, consult the Google Privacy Policy, the partner sites and apps page, and your Google account/device controls.

If you have questions about this policy or believe a version of the app behaves differently from this description, contact hello@eonixy.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app's practices, features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Before making a version with different practices available, we will update this policy and the applicable store disclosures.
